RTG's Services The ROBERT THOMAS Group (RTG) specializes in Real Estate lease auditing for commercial tenants in office buildings, retail locations such as malls and shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and industrial buildings. Founded in 1993, RTG has reviewed thousands of leases representing tenants in more than 10,000,000 square feet throughout the United States. We have successfully collected refunds for an assortment of prestigious clients ranging from very large publicly-held multinational companies with enormous lease portfolios to small private firms with a single location. Lease auditing is our only business! Naturally, our clients’ names are held in the strictest confidence to protect their interests; however, with our clients’ permission, selected individual references can be made available upon request.
